Melanie went above and beyond helping me figure out what was wrong with my iMessage and why I couldn’t use FaceTime. Probably should’ve reached out to Apple but I was in the area and got so lucky with her. She truly went out of her way to help me and was so patient with my frustration. Historically we have not had a good experience at this store. Service has been terrible and the employees were not knowledgeable. This changed today when we went in and Xavier was working. We got 3 new phones and an iPad. He instantly connected with my children, made the experience special and fun all while maintaining other customers at the same time. Never once did I feel unimportant. He did an exceptional job with us and everyone he interacted with. Even posed for a fun photo with the kids!! Bravo to Xavier - happy to have had his assistance today!

I had a great experience at this AT&T location with Jocelyn and Austin. I was greeted right when I walked in . They are both very professional and provided great customer service . They both listened to me and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with what I needed. I would recommend going to this location with Jocelyn or Austin. If I were to need anything this will be the location I would go back too . This is a great location, friendly, professional employees and easy parking .
Today at the AT&T store I was helped by a young man named Austin. What I needed was complicated and took a long time, but the entire experience was completely enjoyable. Austin was extremely competent in his technical skills, and very friendly, and chatting with him was extremely fun and entertaining while we waited for things to upload. And everything I needed to do got done perfectly. All in all, it was a great experience! Thank you! Chris R
